He holds a PhD in Urban Geography from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Currently, He is a lecturer a t the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Wrote his thesis is “Land Market and Livelihood Dynamics in the Peri-urban Areas of Tanzania: He holds a PGD in Poverty and Policy Analysis from  Erasmus University.
